Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to your original shipping box.
Pack and Ship
Place your unworn sneakers and the original packing slip inside the box, seal it tightly, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
